Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. This notice explains the right, how the immediate start of a subscription affects it, and gives you the model withdrawal form.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded (the day you subscribed).

To exercise the right, you must inform us — [Legal entity name], timonseul@icloud.com — of your decision by a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. You can also use our Cancel a contract page. To meet the deadline it is enough to send your communication before the 14-day period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments we received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed. We use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, and you incur no fees for the reimbursement — subject to the rule on immediate start below.

Immediate start of a digital service

Why we ask you to tick a box at checkout. A Vollkraaft subscription is a digital service that begins the moment you subscribe. At checkout you can expressly request that we start immediately and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.

If you asked for immediate start and the service is then fully performed within the 14 days, your right of withdrawal is lost (Art. 16(a)/(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive; §356(4) BGB).
If the service has only been partly performed when you withdraw, you owe a proportionate amount for what you have already used up to that point; the rest is refunded.
If you did not ask for immediate start, the standard 14-day right applies in full.

Cancelling a subscription for the future (see Cancel a contract) is separate from, and always available in addition to, this 14-day right.
