Cancel a contract

Use this page to cancel your Vollkraaft subscription. You do not need to log in. Fill in the form and press Cancel now — we confirm receipt on screen straight away and by email.

This is the cancellation button ("Kündigungsbutton") required by §312k of the German Civil Code (BGB). An ordinary cancellation ends your plan at the end of the period you have already paid for. An extraordinary cancellation is for good cause and can take effect at once. Cancelling is separate from your 14-day right of withdrawal.
