Health Disclaimer
Last updated: 28 September 2026 · Version 1.2 (draft)Vollkraaft gives general fitness and nutrition information. It is not medical advice and does not replace a doctor, physiotherapist or dietitian.
Not medical advice
Nothing in the app, including programs, AI suggestions from Thor, camera-based movement estimates, macro or nutrition figures, and water or step goals, diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any condition. It does not create a doctor-patient or other professional-care relationship. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional for any question about your health.
Get cleared before you start
Consult a physician before beginning any new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, are under 18, are elderly, or have a heart condition, injury, high blood pressure, an eating disorder, or any other medical condition or medication that could be affected by exercise or diet changes.
Train within your limits
Exercise carries an inherent risk of injury. You take part voluntarily and at your own risk. Stop immediately and seek help if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or any other warning sign. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call your local emergency number right away.
AI and camera estimates
Thor's replies and the camera form-check are generated automatically and are approximate. They can miss things and can be wrong. Treat them as a starting point, not a professional assessment, and use your own judgement.
Nutrition
Food-database values, barcode results and AI macro estimates are approximate and may be inaccurate. Do not rely on them for medical nutrition therapy or for managing a condition such as diabetes or a severe allergy without professional guidance.
Water and step reminders
The water and step widgets in the diet section are virtual reminders. The daily water goal is a rough estimate calculated from the bodyweight, sex and activity level you entered, and the step goal is a common general default of 10,000 steps unless you change it. Neither reflects what your body actually needs, and neither is a recommended minimum or a safe upper limit for how much you drink or move.
Your real fluid needs depend on your body, health, medication, climate, training and diet. Judge them for yourself, and ask a doctor first if you have a heart or kidney condition, are pregnant or nursing, or have been told to limit or increase how much you drink. Step counts are entered by you; the app does not measure them.
Coaches are independent
Where you are coached through Vollkraaft, your trainer is an independent person, not our employee, and is responsible for their own advice. Vollkraaft provides the tool, not the coaching.
No liability for health decisions
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the information in the app. This does not affect liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
